Our Apartment Team is here to help residents get clear answers, timely support, and a smooth rental experience.
This team manages our corporate-managed apartment communities. Some apartment communities are managed directly by our corporate office, while others have dedicated on-site managers who assist residents with day-to-day needs.
The Property Management Executive oversees the Apartment Team, including support for on-site property managers. This role helps with higher-level concerns, escalated issues, lease questions, and matters that may require additional review or management direction.
The Property Manager helps residents with questions, concerns, notices, resident portal assistance, maintenance follow-up, and general property-related communication.
For communities with an on-site property manager, residents should contact the on-site manager first for general day-to-day questions, maintenance updates, property access, and routine concerns.
If an issue needs additional review, is beyond the scope of the on-site manager, or has not been resolved, residents may contact the corporate Property Manager for assistance.

Stephanie Allison is the Property Management Executive for the Multifamily Team, with a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of apartment communities in collaboration with onsite property managers.
Stephanie has been a REALTOR in Lubbock for over 20 years and being experience in not only residential sales, but multifamily apartments.
