Before taking possession of your new home, all required utility services must be transferred into your name and scheduled to be active by your move-in date. Completing this requirement in advance helps ensure a smooth and efficient move-in.
Submit Your Utility Information Through AppFolio
The easiest and preferred way to complete your utility requirements is through your AppFolio Online Portal. Your portal identifies the utility information required for your property and gives our staff an easy way to confirm that your utility transfer has been completed.
Complete Your Utility Setup
We strongly recommend completing your utility transfers several days before your scheduled move-in date whenever possible.
Log in to your AppFolio Online Portal. Review the utility information listed for your property so you know which services must be transferred.
Establish or transfer your utility service. Contact each required utility provider and schedule service to begin no later than your scheduled move-in date.
Update your utility information in AppFolio. Enter the requested utility account information so our staff can confirm your move-in requirements have been completed.

Start Service Early

After transferring service, enter the required utility account information in your AppFolio Online Portal.
Complete Everything Before Key Pickup
Keys and possession of the property cannot be released until all required utility transfers have been completed and verified.

Establishing utility service is the resident's responsibility. Please complete all required transfers and submit your utility information through AppFolio before your scheduled move-in. If the required utilities have not been transferred and verified, keys and possession of the property cannot be released.
